  • 2 small bottles banana flavoured drinking yoghurt, (or banana milk or yoghurt)
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 large handful baby leaf spinach
  • milk to thin, optional

 For the Muddy Toxic Swamp:

  • 1 Tbs cocoa powder
  • honey to taste


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
  2. Serve immediately with spooky treats
