The BCMPA – the Association for Contract Manufacturing, Packing, Fulfilment & Logistics – is highlighting the benefits that brands and retailers can achieve by outsourcing white label products to contract manufacturers at this year’s White Label World Expo. Nine BCMPA members will also be at the show to offer expert advice to visitors.

This year’s White Label World Expo provides the perfect opportunity for brand owners and retailers to find out more, discovering an extensive range of different packaging formats and order fulfilment options.

Emma Verkaik, Membership & Marketing Director at the BCMPA, said; “Increasingly, brands and suppliers are seeing the sense in being able to achieve cost-effective and agile speed-to-market in many sectors, in partnership with our members, providing the skills, expertise, warehousing and logistics facilities needed to deliver the quality and scale required, without the time-consuming development and large capital investment usually involved.”

The BCMPA – which connects brands to contract manufacturers – has seen a growth of over 50 percent in enquiries for white label services from clients in the last year alone, through the BCMPA website’s free online search facility, especially in the food and drink sector. More than 100 of its members now offer white labelling services.

“White label products can also offer new entrants to the market the opportunity to gain an initial foothold while they develop their own specific range. I am sure this will continue and become more focused in the foreseeable future.” added Verkaik.

Visitors are invited to find out more about the BCMPA by attending the White Label World Expo at ExCeL in London on March 2nd – 3rd on stand WL565. They will be exhibiting alongside members Huboo, Oxford Contract Manufacturing, Poppypac, Rain Nutrience, Redrose Manufacturing, Rocket Science Supplements, Statfold Seed Oil, VMS Solutions and Wyepak.

Verkaik concluded; “We are pleased to be able to once again support our members at White Label World Expo this year, inviting brands and retailers to come along and talk to the experts about making white and private label products a reality.”
