Through endless fine-tuning of a broad spectrum of capabilities, developing new applications, state-of-the-art equipment and ongoing training, the company endeavour to be a valued partner.

With a wealth of experience in the field, The Bramwell Label Company is market leader in label supply to the food and drink industry and produce in excess of 80 million labels every month. Its proven track record for quality, accuracy and reliability has seen it build strong relationships with some of the largest food and drinks manufacturers in the UK, whilst a series of quality systems implemented over the past few years sees the company fully BRC/IOP accredited.

Customers include such blue-chip names as Premier International Foods, Butchers Pet Care,Coca Cola, F Duerr and Sons, and Princes, with retailer approval having been obtained from leading retailers Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Morrisons, and the Co-op.

From its pre-press and print services through to the final delivery of product, The Bramwell Label Company offer an all-embracing package, adapted to match the individual needs of the customer.

It creates its own printing plates in-house, digitally via Kodak software and technology, and oversees their creation at every stage. This allows the company a much greater level of input and control, which it believes gives it the edge over its competitors.

The backbone of the company is its press room, housing its two 8-colour Roland 700 printing presses and offline UV varnishing facilities.

The Bramwell Label Company prints on a variety of substrates and offers a wide range of finishes, thus allowing it to provide the ideal solution for every application.

From its standard 80gsm label paper through to bottle quality and wet strength papers, metallised paper for a metallic finish, recycled paper and high quality textured papers, it can invariably meet the specific needs of a customer’s product.

Furthermore, with its own specialist ink producer, all inks are mixed and delivered to order within a few hours. A full range of varnishes are offered too, including high gloss, hard wearing UV varnish, which is applied offline once the labels have been printed and dried. This achieves a much higher quality and more hard wearing finish than most.

The Bramwell Label Company’s in-house finishing department is equipped with two state-of-the-art Wohlenberg programmatic guillotines and custom PMC punching facilities for any non-square cut label design. The company use custom made shrink-wrapping, banding and packaging machinery at the end of its line to ensure a quick and clean finish once labels have been cut to size.

With a central base within Trafford Park, Manchester, The Bramwell Label Company is well placed for travel links throughout the UK; its dedicated despatch team carefully selecting hauliers that provide a fast and reliable service throughout the length and breadth of the country.

Many larger customers require daily deliveries to various sites due to storage restrictions, and the company is able to service this demand as required. It is also able to hold customers’ printed labels in stock within its warehouse and can provide a UK next day delivery service from stock.
