James White Drinks has launched a 75cl gable top carton pack version of its British Carrot Juice – supported with a poetic outburst from Minstrel, a remarkably talented miniature bunny, waxing lyrical about his favourite carrots.

Originally launched in 75cl glass bottles two years ago, the juice is pressed in rural Suffolk from delicious, freshly harvested and sweet-tasting East Anglian carrots. Each 75cl pack contains roughly 12 large carrots.

Minstrel is inviting other burgeoning ‘pet’ laureates to submit their own contributions via [email protected] via a special on-pack message. He’s hoping to identify an even greater talent and will be recommending an outstanding poem for publication on a future James White product label.

Lawrence Mallinson, owner of James White Drinks and father of Minstrel’s life-long friend and owner, Phoebe, commented: “I have always been surprised that carrot juice has only recently started to become more popular. A delicious naturally sweet tasting juice with about half the natural sugar of most fruit juices – it makes a terrific breakfast drink.”

The new carton pack of James White British Carrot Juice is available from selected Waitrose stores and online from Ocado and James White Drinks with a RRP of £2.75 per 75cl carton.
