Spooner’s food processing equipment is based on forced convection technology which ensures flexible, reliable operation and ease of control. Radiant effect heating can be included for enhanced machine flexibility, enabling a wide range of products to be processed on a single oven. This ensures the optimum colour, texture and dryness is achieved along with an even and consistent bake.

Complete turnkey solutions and project management are provided from the initial plant design through to delivery, installation and commissioning. A pilot facility is available at the UK head office for all testing, trials and product development. A diverse range of food products have been developed here including bread, biscuits, cereals, pies, rolls, confectionary, pastry, pet foods, fast foods cakes, pizzas and ingredients.
