Its turnover in the last financial year – which saw the company enjoy 5% growth – was approximately £5 million, which isn’t bad at all when you consider its rather humble beginnings.

This expansion, driven by a large and comprehensive range of products and a level of customer service that has set a benchmark for the industry, means that The Soft Drink Company has become something of a one-stop-shop for many of its customers, with soft drinks and mineral waters, an extensive range of confectionery, crisps, nuts and snacks amongst its extensive product portfolio. Indeed, the company offers its ever growing customer base in excess of 3,000 different products, incorporating all the major brands, including Coca Cola, Walkers Snacks, Mars and Cadbury’s.

Moreover, The Soft Drink Company has very recently joined buying group Sugro UK. It was previously a member of a rival wholesale buying group Confex, but has joined Sugro UK in order to take full advantage of the advantageous terms, structures and promotional programme.
