At a ceremony in London on 19 November, the Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT) named Vikan’s Ultra Safe Technology (UST) brushes the winner of its “Best New Product or Service” award. More than 400 representatives from the food industry attended this year’s SOFHT Awards ceremony, and candidates for the prestigious “Best New Product” award must be nominated by two companies in the industry.
