Aulds Delicious Desserts will be exhibiting at the Food & Drink Expo 2012 Exhibition on Stand M210 where they will be showcasing some fantastic new foodservice desserts including: ‘Baked Pear & Caramel Cheesecake’; ‘Honeykiss Sundae Dessert’; ‘Chocolate Orange Swirl Cake’; ‘Lemon Berry Blast’ & ‘White Chocolate & Raspberry Temptation. The desserts are all decorated by hand & use only the finest ingredients.

At the show, Aulds will also be launching a delicious range of indulgent “Freezer cakes”, perfect for busy caterers & chefs. ‘Pineapple Passion’ marries coconut biscuit base with a light pineapple mousse & is finished with a stunning peach flavoured glaze. ‘Raspberry Lime & Redcurrant’ is a light & refreshing dessert combining digestive biscuit base, zingy lime mousse & a raspberry & redcurrant compote. The desserts are both pre-portioned for convenience & can be served straight from the freezer.
